La Casa del Mare is newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular ocean views. This condo is perfect for a small group seeking a vacation with fantastic ocean views and easy beach access, The property is in a condo complex that includes private beach access and covered parking.

Enjoy Ocean views from the main living area, dining area and kitchen. The main living area has a sliding door access to the large private deck. The modern styled kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make that gourmet meal. You will also enjoy ocean views from the 2nd bedroom.

When you arrive the beds will be made with clean high quality linens. Soft, large comfy bath towels are set out with hand towels, wash cloths and cosmetic rags. In addition, hand soap, detergents for dishes and laundry, paper towels and toilet paper are all set out for your arrival. Bed making, clean linens, towel sets and starter supplies are all included in the cleaning fee.

*Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.

Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

I had a fabulous time while I was there. You'll love the view from your private balcony. Less than 2 minute walk from there onto the beach. You can get to the boardwalk by beach walk in about 15 minutes. Same with pier the other way. You cant beat the location. Each unit has its own locked storage area with chairs, umbrellas, etc. North End Mart is super close of you need ice! I would definitely stay at this place again.

I was very pleased with our recent family trip to La Casa del Mare. We had a lot of fun and I highly recommend this location. The beach was extremely accessible for my 4 and 5 year old's, and there was a lot to do in the area. The details of the trip were easily explained in the emails and the host was extremely quick in replying by text. There were no problems with the unit and it was perfect for our family of 5.

We really like this property. First, the view was awesome. It was everything that we had hoped for and we were very pleased. The access to the beach was great. Very clean well kept. Casa del Mare was very nice. Layout was user-friendly. Very clean and you could tell this is a well kept condo. Bathrooms were high end and clean. Attention to detail was evident every where you look. We would give Casa del Mare a rating of 5. Well Done. Let's talk about overall service and especially itrip. Correspondence was informative and mostly detailed. Let me tell you about the parking and the reply/response from itrip. In an email correspondence, parking was clearly spelled out from itrip. However, when we arrived to the property, there was a posting on the wall in the staircase that was different than what we received. Day 1 we followed the instructions in the stairs. Day 2, someone parked in our slot. Because irtip would rather send text messages, I told them that someone was in our slot. They texted back for me to supply them with a license plate and they would have the car towed. Of course I knew that this was not the right thing to do. So after multiple attempts to try reasoning with Itrip, I decided to try an old-fashioned phone call. The guy that finally answered was insistently telling me the car needs to be towed. He was not interested in resolving this issue any other way. I was so frustrated with his lack of understanding and support that I told him I would figure this out myself. After hanging up, I knocked on the other doors on this property until I found the owner of the car in the wrong place. This poor family had no idea that they were in the wrong slot. They quickly moved there car to the correct. I trip was ready to tow this family's car and ruin their vacation. How unprofessional and callous was this Itrip representative. Because of this major issue, I would not rate Itrip. Additionally I would not use or recommend Itrip again. Thanks for asking me to do this review..
