A lifelong water enthusiast, Greg grew up on the coast and has over 30 years of boating experience in the Cape Fear Region. His deep knowledge of coastal living, coupled with his extensive expertise in home maintenance and property care, makes him a valuable resource for homeowners and investors alike.
Greg is also the co-owner of Cape Fear Realty Group with his wife Elisa, Greg offers investors a seamless, turnkey solution for buying, selling, and managing properties in the area. In his free time, Greg enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and tackling home improvement projects. His passion for the outdoors and hands-on approach to property management ensures that every home is cared for with the utmost attention to detail.

Working alongside her parents, Greg and Elisa, sister Bianca, and cousin Elena, Madison cherishes the close-knit, family-oriented culture that defines iTrip NC Beaches. Having spent her life exploring Wilmington and Bald Head Island and living locally for over a decade, she is passionate about helping guests create unforgettable, 5-star vacation experiences.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Madison enjoys fishing, boating, paddleboarding, and exploring the area’s vibrant food scene in her free time. Elena is the Field Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager for Pleasure Island at iTrip NC Beaches. Elena grew up in Massachusetts and attended college at the University of South Carolina. Having visited many areas on the East Coast, she always felt at home in Wilmington. As soon as she could, she moved to Wilmington to work alongside her aunt, uncle, and cousins. Elena is passionate about facilitating the best possible experience for both guests and property owners. With a background in Public Health, Elena is ecstatic to ensure a safe, healthy, and restful experience for all of our guests and property owners. In her free time, Elena enjoys being at the beautiful beaches in Wilmington swimming, surfing, walking the beach, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying all of the wonderful food in town.

Kelly is the Revenue Manager of iTrip NC Beaches. She brings years of experience in planning, budgeting, and team management to this role and enjoys creating solutions that benefit owners, guests and teammates. Kelly is a detail-oriented person who works to find the balance between analytics and creativity. With a degree in Visual Communications, she strives to use her strengths to maximize the appeal of property listings and communications to potential guests. After spending years relishing trips to the North Carolina Coast, Kelly and her family relocated to Wilmington from Franklin, TN in early 2024. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, photography, volunteering, and the beach.
