The property was as advertised!. Extremely spacious, very clean, great neighborhood in a prime location with excellent ocean views. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the owners suite was my favorite to rest and relax after a long day at the beach or boardwalk. The Tikki was a hit for a bbq and evening cocktails. We were literally 2 blocks from the beach and a short distance to the pier where we enjoyed some night fishing. Overall, our experience and stay was excellent!!. We can’t wait until our next at this beautiful house.

The family vacation to Carolina Beach was excellent!. The beautiful beach house accommodated our family with room to spare. The house was not only spacious but was very clean, nicely decorated, well maintained and was as advertised. With four floors to accommodate all of our rooming needs, the elevator was such a valuable asset to move us up to the kitchen or bedrooms with our luggage and extra items for the trip. The neighborhood was beautiful and literally 2 blocks from the beach. We can’t wait until our next family vacation to Carolina Beach and hopefully this house as well, it met All of our needs and then some.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house itself is very nice and well-maintained. One of the reasons I rented the house was the elevator, and it did not work. My husband tried it as soon as we arrived and got hung in between floors, why did a few minutes pushed it? It went again. I did immediately call and report this so they knew that we didn’t do anything to it.. In the guest book on the property, it is adamant that if they have to call anyone for the elevator, it was a $350 fee. It also told you do not get on the elevator without your cell phone. We just felt like it wasn’t worth dealing with and obvious that there are continued issues with the elevator. The property does have three floors but our family was an able to navigate just fine. Just wanted other people to know about the situation. The only other negative was that there was one set of towels in each bathroom, and being at the beach we were in and out of the water several times a day, which meant we had to do laundry every day. We brought our own beach towels, but it would’ve been very hard since we flew into Wilmington to bring any other towels along. We have stayed at many VRBO and never had that towel issue. Those were the only problems about the property. It is probably two blocks from the water but walkable. It did have a sand wagon and chairs for us to take to the beach.

We stayed at Carolina Beach on Snapper Ln. absolutely best vacation. We brought a house full of teens and we had plenty of space. Activities are so close and beach access is so easy. Bonus there were plenty of chairs to borrow for the beach. We had a small issue with the washer but their communication was prompt. Will definitely look at booking direct with iTrip again. This 4th of July will go down as one of our best vacations ever.

This property worked so well for our family! We had two adult couples and two college age young adults. The living room and outside deck were spacious so we could all comfortably hang out together in the same room. With the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their own room, and all were very nice and well-maintained The location was perfect it was in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk walk to Kure Beach and the downtown shops, restaurants, and boardwalk.

A gorgeous house that was perfect for our family! Bedrooms on different floors gave everyone privacy. Everything was clean and lots of provided amenities. Host is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The Keurig was having issues and they brought a new one right away! Great time just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

The house is great. The inside is very nice! There are a lot of stairs but the elevator is there which is helpful. The grill out back came in handy for grilling. Only 2 blocks from the beach and easy walk. We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 7-10 and it worked out fine. Easy drive to the boardwalk or down to Kure beach restaurants

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the beach house--there was plenty of space for everyone to relax either as a large group or alone when privacy was needed. The home was clean and welcoming. The elevator was absolutely necessary for the older members of our group who had limited mobility. Unfortunately, the water pressure was nothing short of terrible. For example, if someone was showering one could not wash their hands elsewhere in the house. When we arrived back from the beach everyone inside would need to be warned so those outside could adequately wash off (this took considerable time). To be clear, we're not talking a decrease in water pressure elsewhere in the house but a complete lack of water anywhere else inside. We adapted during our visit but at times it made the stay a bit frustrating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The elevator was a huge plus for the multiple floors in the building. We had plenty of propane tanks for the grill, and we used them a couple of nights during our stay. The beach access was an easy walk from the home. We even found a nice bike trail at the back of the neighborhood during our stay. We recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Carolina beach.

The house was wonderful. Everyone who stayed there enjoyed their room and bathrooms and thought it was enough space for all. The grill was great use on the back patio and the outdoor kitchen was very helpful with extra bags of ice and storage of drinks to keep cool before the beach. The only thing I could say about the water pressure was that it needed a little more in the showers. When you would flush the commoner the water would stop in the shower and then slowly return to slow arching of water out the heads. That is the absolute only thing I found that was not to everyone liking. The AC was cool and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen provided all the tools need to cook and we enjoyed the names on the shelves showing us where everything went. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay again in the future. The house was wonderful. Everything worked that we used from outside gas grill, water hoses to wash off chairs and feet. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils to cook with. The elevator was helpful for my 89 year old father and with everyone’s luggage. The kitchen fridge was big enough for all the food we brought and the outside kitchen had the extra fridge space we utilized. The only issues would be the water pressure in the master shower upstairs. If there was a toilet flush, the water stopped until the tanks finished then the shower continued with a trickle. If multiple showers were in use, then all would be low pressure. I do not know if this is normal with Carolina beach/ Kure beach infrastructure or is it just each individual house. It was a pleasant stay and the AC worked well. We would certainly book again for Carolina Beach area with VRBO. Ricky Kilian

This townhouse property is 4 levels - but includes an elevator for those that stairs would be a difficulty. It is a nice property, clean, snippet views of the ocean and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

We stayed for our annual family vacation which includes 3 couples and a toddler. We had an excellent stay. The house was perfect for our stay, we used the elevator a lot for groceries. The location was great for getting around and we fished three days at the Kure pier. 100% would stay again and recommend. (We did bring a baby gate). iTrip was quick with responses to our questions as well.

The house was CLEAN!! It's hard to find a beach house that is sand free, but, we found it!! We enjoyed the beach and local attractions. To add to the adventure, we rented a golf cart. The trip ended with my husband participating in the Life Rolls On event that was just off of the boardwalk. It was so nice to just drive 7 minutes down the road to attend!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was beautiful and included all of the necessary amenities and more! The beds and furniture were comfortable and even included children's bunk beds for my granddaughters which they absolutely loved. The property is located about a block from the beach, but we had a good view of the ocean from the 4th floor balcony. We did have a problem with the coffee pot not working. However, we notified the team and within an hour a brand new coffee pot was delivered to the door. We were treated like royalty! I've rented a beach house in the area previously, but this was the best stay ever!

Perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping, and right up the street from both Carolina and Kure beaches. Our family of seven was a perfect fit, and with four floors we never felt crowded. The unit had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive to questions and communicated the "house rules" clearly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This property is exactly as described and accommodated our family of seven with room to spare. We got used to the four floors right away, and it was really great to not be on top of each other 24/7. Everything we needed was easy to find. The rental agents were responsive and friendly. Beach access was less than two blocks away, and it's a five minute drive to stores, restaurants, all the fun stuff at Carolina Beach. We will definitely look to return!

This house has been nicely updated and has plenty of room available. It is 2 blocks from a public beach entrance, but they are short blocks. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and a great outdoor space with a nice grill and an extra refrigerator and fire pit. Really enjoyed having morning coffee on the balconies with partial ocean views in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This was our first time vacationing in Carolina Beach and I would definitely stay at this location again. The host was also very responsive to text messages, not that there were any problems. Really a great place to stay.

This multi-floor duplex not only had views of the ocean from balconies on different floors but was just a short walk to the beach. The multiple floors and seating areas allowed 10 of us to be together when we wanted but also allowed space if any of us wanted a break. The elevator made getting luggage to the different floors very easy! Added bonus was the ground floor outdoor bar area….super fun for an evening of hanging out.

Went to NC to celebrate son's 30th birthday and found this hidden gem. Located 2 blocks from the beach this house had everything we needed. Beautifully appointed, spacious and very comfortable. Large bedrooms, clean and spacious bathrooms, and an amazing kitchen and living space. Made a wonderful venue for our son and his family. I need to highly commend the management company, iTripncbeaches.com. They were phenomenal with communication and accommodating our needs, especially the wonderful Happy Birthday sign they left for our son. They provided recommendations on restaurants, shops, and salons that we all enjoyed. I will definitely be booking with them again hopefully in the near future.

My family and I celebrated my father's 70 birthday for a long weekend and this property and it was perfect for our stay. The three levels offered us privacy and comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach (easy enough for 4 kids ages 3, 5, 6, and 8). Lots of local restaurants, beautiful beach, and historic points of interest nearby. The elevator was very helpful when unloading and loading our vehicles. We hope to be back in the future!

This property is in a residential area…we moved the neighbors rope at the end of their driveway for about 3 mins & put it right back (moved golf cart onto the rental property) They took a picture & sent it to the management company. You are only allowed 2 vehicles/no golf cart but there was plenty of room for 4 cars & golf cart fit nicely under the car port (we had 3 families in our party) The property company did not make us move the vehicles. Paying for parking at another location when we paid for a vacation house did not seem right. I would recommend this property.

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The elevator was especially helpful for bringing luggage to the bedrooms on the highest floors, and the outdoor spaces were very nice. The closeness to the beach was very convenient. Also, the property manager was so polite, professional and prompt with responses when we had any questions. The fully stocked kitchen made family dinners so easy. Bedrooms were laid out so that everyone felt like they had plenty of space and privacy. And each room having it's own bathroom was a huge plus with a big group. Would definitely return! Very pleased with everything about our stay!

Rented house for my sister and some cousins and spouses to spend time as our first since covid. We enjoy each other for the times we gather and this house was perfect for it. Entire house and outside patio/bar was clean. It was ready for an early checkin and we received text allowing us to enter early. Property Mgmt was great and very responsive for the one need we had. Kitchen was surprisingly very well stocked, from pots, seasonings, Kcups, cleaning supplies, glasses and dishes. It does have a Keurig coffee machine in addition to a drip pot. Living room had nice sounding built in speaker system for TV. We used the outside bar, kitchen and grill for a great cookout one evening. Having the elevator was a bonus for those with bad knees and much needed for bringing in everything. Driveway easily parked 4 cars, although description says 2. We had 5 at most times, if you parked carefully. All of the bedrooms were nice and clean, the master was awesome, enjoyed all of the balconies and the peek at the ocean. Everyone had a great time hanging out at the house. It is a nice neighborhood, with a lot of building going on around the home, but easy accessible to any type entertainment or shopping and beach access. We would stay here again.

We had thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The place is very nice and clean, exactly like how it was shown in the 3D tour! There is an elevator at the place which is a great feature to have! We have no issue with communication with the owners and they were very kind to allow us to have an early check-in. The place is close to the beach, approximately 5 minute walk or less and is very close to Kure Beach. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay at Carolina Beach!

The place is a close to the beach, approximately 5 min walk or less and is very close to Kure Beach. Great Beach rental the only bad thing was the check in and check out times are not good. Can't check in till 4:00pm but after check out by 10:00am. Should have extra sheets so earlier check in and check out times could be available. We enjoyed our stay otherwise. Thanks Debbie

This house is meticulously kept! The furnishings are wonderful! Very up to date. Anything you need, is already there. The listing is spot on! There isn’t one negative thing we have to say about it! We had room to spread out on every floor. We could all gather on the main floor for eating and playing card tournaments and games. We even rocked through a night of a tornado! All safe and sound. Going home with wonderful memories.

We had a GREAT family vacation. PROS - management was very responsive and addressed our Qs quickly. The master bath had a plumbing issue and it was resolved proactively and fast. - very spacious and the decor is very nice, fresh, and not cluttered. - well equipped kitchen w great utensils and cookware. The kitchen had all the necessary items w/o going overboard and making it cluttered with kitchen gadgets that it’s hard to tell when was the last time they were cleaned or used. - spacious and upgraded fridge and washer/dryer/dishwasher - used instacart frequently to get our groceries - nice size Smart TVs. You can sign into ur netflix, Disney, amazon accounts. - carpet, floors, sofas in good shape - 2 blocks from the beach, quiet neighbors - clean linens, towels, and starter cleaning products (TP, PT, etc) provided - great outdoor shower super helpful for getting sand out when returning from beach - We didn’t think the elevator was a selling point but we quickly discovered how useful it was particularly when down/up-loading groceries, bags, and heavy items to/from the car. CONS There are certain things that need more TLC. - cleaning thoroughness can be improved. This was particularly important for us specially now with all the covid concerns. This is our second summer vacay during covid and We have a comparison point. For example: - removing all comforters and pillows from beds. We got them out and stored in closets first thing. (Which brings us to closet bullet point below) - dusting all air vents - putting plastic covers in all pillows and beds so that germs do not penetrate - not reusing soap dispensers (provide single use travel size instead). We got them out (which bring us to cabinets item below) - emptying out all closets and room drawers. The closets are full of stuff, pillows, cables, linens, and random items that are just collecting germs and dust. The same applies for bathroom and under sink cabinets. Some of them are full of items that you can tell have been neglected (out of sight out of mind) for a long time. We instructed our kids not to open closets or use items from there. - the outdoor Tiki Was not clean. We had to hose it down from floor to ceiling. With a hose that needs to be replaced pronto (broken and taped off). The gas grill was not clean either. The outdoor kitchen is musty (probably due to lack of use). (Perhaps it can be repurposed?) We did not use the outdoor kitchen but used the grill a few times and it worked great. The balcony by the kitchen had bird poop and a nest. Overall all outdoor facilities could benefit from a seasonal wash. Perhaps one can say that the negative items found are neat picks but nowadays with all the health concerns these items are extra important. But overall we had a great time. And we would consider renting this place again!

We went to the beach for a much needed break for Mother’s Day, ( when phase 1 opened it up for short term rentals on Carolina Beach). The house was beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location. We literally had everything we could have possibly needed for cooking, playing on the beach, and hanging out at the house. Elisa and her team are top-notch. They communicate quickly and make sure that you have everything you need. I highly recommend this super cute house as well as renting any property from Elisa and her team. They will take great care of you.

We stayed here with family for the week of the 4th of July and enjoyed our stay so much! The house was clean, beautiful and had great design touches. We felt comfortable from the minute we got to the beach house. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, only a few short minutes. We also loved the outdoor patio bar area and porch off the main living area. We had a great time and hope to be back!

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation (group of 6 adults). It was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of both gathering and personal space. The kitchen was completely stocked with any utensil or gadget you might need to cook at home. There were many stairs, but the elevator made it extremely easy to navigate if you have anyone that couldn't handle them. The location was perfect, so close to the beach access. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here!

We were a group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids under 5) who thoroughly enjoyed staying at Carolina Beachside. Just a 2 block walk to the beach made it very convenient, but the really nice qualities of this place included a comfortable and roomy feel on the main floor, lovely bedrooms, cleanliness, and great kitchen. We did not use the outdoor kitchen and bar, so no comment on that. There were games for the kids and books available for light reading. With kids in tow, I was especially grateful for very little in the way of knick knacks, however, there were tasteful decorations indicative of beach living. All of us really did have a wonderful get-together here and would recommend Carolina Beachside 100%.

The house was located very close to the beach. The outdoor patio area was fun for the evening. The town itself had nice shops and restaurants to go to. The beach was calm and relaxing. The house was spotless when we arrived and it seemed larger in person. Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

My family had an amazing time in this huge house. The house was new, clean and stocked with everything. I loved that there were games, puzzles and art supplies for my kids. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with many pots and pans, plates mugs and etc. The entire home was spacious and nicely decorated. You can't go wrong with this home! Short walk to the beach, and the outdoor shower make for an easy clean-up after a sand and sea filled day! The home's great location makes it convenient to restaurants in Carolina and Kure beaches. It offers a stylish set-up with all the convenience of home. In fact, on our last night, our group opted to stay in for dinner, and I enjoyed cooking in this kitchen more so than my own! Such a beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. This house suited our family perfectly. Great outdoor kitchen and several balconies with plenty of seating to enjoy the salt air. The only problem we had was that the tv in the small upstairs bedroom had no cable or antenna hook-up and therefore no reception of any kind. Other than that, great place to stay. We look forward to another visit soon!
